Our Handcrafted nails are made to order with meticulous care, ensuring each set meets our high standards of quality and craftmanship.
Shipping may take up to 7-14 days due to the personalised nature of our products.
All orders are shipped via express shipping of our chosen courier to ensure prompt delivery. A delivery fee of $4.99 will apply. Only express shipping offered to expedite your order.
In case of delays or unexpected circumstances, our lovely team members will communicate promptly by email.
*Once your order has been past on to our courier team, we will not be able to make any changes to your details and delivery address. Please let us know within first 24 hours once you placed your order and would like to modify your details.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products as personal items, we accept returns and exchanges only in the case of manufacturing faults or defects. If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. One of our lovely team member will pronptly follow up the issue. Please note, due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in crafting and appearance may occur which are inherent to the artisanal process. Return option only applicable if products are not in a usable condition.
To be eligible for return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect product selection due to hygiene issue.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 48 hours of approval. Refunds may take various timeframe to process depending on your payment provider.
We cover shipping costs associated with returning faulty or damaged items. Customers are responsible for contacting our team member to arrange the return and receive instructions.
